Good Guys Membership – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Good Guys Membership, you agree to the following terms:
Membership Benefits
Member-only discounted pricing on labor and parts
Complimentary diagnostics (up to 1 hour per visit, no teardown; $20 trip fee applies; excessive use may be subject to additional charges)
Household coverage for up to four (4) vehicles
Priority scheduling
Roadside Assistance Labor Credit
Includes a one-time labor credit of up to $100 for qualifying roadside assistance services. Valid receipt required. Credit applies to labor only, has no cash value, is non-refundable, and may be used toward a completed service.
Apples-to-Apples Price Guarantee
We will match a competitor’s price for comparable services. If we are unable to match the price, the difference will be issued as a credit toward a future service. No cash value.
Account Standing
Benefits are available to members in good standing. Accounts with unpaid balances may have services paused or canceled until the balance is resolved.
Safety Policy
Safety is our top priority. If a vehicle condition or service location is deemed unsafe, our technician may decline service. Good Guys Auto Care will follow up to make necessary adjustments. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of membership.
Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Membership may be canceled at any time. All fees are non-refundable. Members will continue to receive benefits through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
