Good Guys Membership Agreement

Last Updated 2.15.2026 By checking the box labeled “I Agree” and completing enrollment, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Good Guys Auto Care (“GGAC,” “we,” “us”). 1) Program Overview The Good Guys Membership is a service membership that provides discounted labor and parts, priority scheduling, and certain complimentary member benefits. This membership is not a warranty, service contract, insurance policy, or prepaid repair plan. Repairs and parts are billed separately unless expressly included as a complimentary benefit below. 2) Pricing, Term, and Auto-Renewal Membership is $49 per month, billed monthly and automatically renewing until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize GGAC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to keep valid payment information on file. 3) Cancellation & No Refunds You may cancel anytime by emailing service@goodguyscare.com . Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time or benefits. 4) Immediate Member Benefits (While Active) Priority scheduling Member-only discounted labor rates Member-only discounted parts pricing 5) Premium Benefits (After 3 Consecutive Months of Active Membership) Benefits below unlock after three (3) consecutive months and are earned on a household basis (see Section 7): a) Complimentary Diagnostics Two (2) diagnostics per membership year total Up to one (1) hour each; no tear-downs b) Annual Maintenance Bonus (One Vehicle Only) Once per membership year, for one designated vehicle: One (1) set of windshield wipers (standard parts) One (1) engine air filter (standard parts) One (1) cabin air filter (standard parts) c) Complimentary Full Synthetic Oil Changes Up to two (2) full synthetic oil changes per membership year Available after the 3-month eligibility period Must be at least four (4) months apart Applies to one designated vehicle only Standard oil capacity and standard filter included; specialty oils, excess capacity, or specialty filters may incur additional charges d) Emergency Roadside Reimbursement (Service Credit) One (1) reimbursement per membership year, up to $100 For emergency towing, jump starts, or lockouts Issued as a service credit toward GGAC labor (no cash payouts) All complimentary benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used while membership is active. 6) Price Protection (Apples-to-Apples) If you provide a paid, itemized receipt showing a licensed and insured local provider completed the same service for less under apples-to-apples conditions (same scope, comparable parts, no promotions), GGAC will issue a credit for the difference toward future GGAC services. Eligibility is determined by GGAC in its reasonable discretion. 7) Household Coverage & Limits One membership covers up to four (4) vehicles per household, including vehicles owned or primarily used by the Member, spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children living at home up to age 25. Benefits may not be shared with non-household members. GGAC may require reasonable verification. Household-Based Eligibility Lock: The 3-month eligibility period and annual premium benefits are earned once per household. Canceling and re-enrolling does not reset eligibility to obtain premium benefits for additional vehicles or family members. 8) Taxes (Allocated & Taxed When Redeemed) Membership fees are separate from taxable repair services. When a complimentary service that is taxable under applicable law is redeemed (e.g., oil changes, filters), GGAC will allocate a fair market value to that service and remit applicable sales tax as required. Complimentary benefits remain $0 to the Member, but taxes may be remitted by GGAC per law. 9) Failed Payments If a payment fails, GGAC may reattempt the charge and may suspend benefits until payment is successful. Past-due balances must be paid to reinstate benefits. 10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Benefits are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. GGAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. 11) Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the membership shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You and GGAC waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions. 12) Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. 13) Changes to Terms Current terms are available at www.GoodGuysCare.com . Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Trial Period. If a 14-day delayed first charge is offered, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Complimentary/premium benefits are not available during the trial, the trial does not count toward the 3-month eligibility period.
