Good Guys Auto Care Membership Terms

By enrolling, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms with Good Guys Auto Care (“GGAC”):
1. Membership Overview
The Good Guys Membership provides:
- Discounted labor and parts
- Priority scheduling
- Access to optional Membership+ maintenance benefits
This program is not a warranty, insurance policy, or prepaid repair plan
2. Pricing & Billing
- Membership: $300 per year (non-refundable)
- Membership+ (optional): $29/month, billed automatically
Membership+ renews monthly until canceled. You authorize GGAC to charge your payment method on file.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel Membership+ anytime by emailing service@goodguyscare.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided.
4. Member Benefits
While active, members receive:
- Priority scheduling
- Discounted labor and parts
5. Membership+ Benefits (After 3 Months Active)
After three consecutive months, members unlock:
- 2 diagnostics per year (up to 1 hour each)
- 2 full synthetic oil changes per year (one vehicle, up to 5 qts + standard filter)
- Annual maintenance bundle (wipers + air & cabin filters)
- Up to $100/year roadside reimbursement (as service credit)
Benefits:
- Apply to one designated vehicle (maintenance items)
- Have no cash value
- Must be used while membership is active
6. Price Protection
We match comparable mobile service pricing only. Shop pricing does not qualify.
All determinations are made at GGAC’s discretion.
7. Household Coverage
Covers up to 4 vehicles per household (immediate family only).
Benefits cannot be shared outside the household.
8. Payments & Suspension
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of benefits until resolved.
9. Legal
- Services are provided “as is”
- GGAC is not liable for indirect damages
- Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration
- Governed by Oklahoma law
10. Changes
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use = acceptance of updates.
