Good Guys Membership – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Good Guys Membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Benefits
• Member-only discounted pricing on labor and parts
• Complimentary diagnostics (up to 1 hour per visit; no teardown; $20 mobile service fee applies)
• Household coverage for up to four (4) vehicles
• Priority scheduling
• Complimentary labor on select simple services including windshield wipers, standard exterior bulbs, air filters, batteries, and more

Note: Excessive or repeated use of diagnostic services may be subject to additional charges at technician discretion.

Complimentary Minor Services & Installations

Active members may receive complimentary installation labor and/or standard replacement parts for select minor services, including:

• Standard windshield wiper blade replacement
• Standard exterior bulb replacement (brake lights, tail lights, turn signals, and basic halogen bulbs)
• Engine air filter replacement
• Cabin air filter replacement
• Complimentary battery installation labor (battery not included)
• Other select minor services approved by Good Guys Auto Care

Service Conditions
• Benefits apply only to covered household vehicles
• Services are limited to standard, readily accessible components that do not require teardown, bumper removal, major disassembly, or specialty tools
• Premium, specialty, HID, LED, xenon, projector, European-import, oversized, or performance bulbs/blades are not included
• Members may upgrade to premium products at discounted member pricing, with credit applied for the included standard product when applicable
• Specialty or oversized wiper blades may require an additional charge
• Complimentary services are intended for reasonable personal household use only
• Excessive, repeated, commercial, or abusive usage may result in additional charges or limitation of benefits at management discretion
• A standard $20 mobile service fee may apply per visit unless otherwise stated by promotion or management

Apples-to-Apples Price Guarantee

We will match a competitor’s price for comparable services when applicable. If we are unable to match the price, the difference may be issued as a credit toward a future service. Credits have no cash value.

Membership Activation & Billing

Membership enrollment may include a one-time activation fee. Promotional deferred activation offers may delay initial billing for a limited period. By enrolling, members authorize recurring billing for applicable membership fees unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Account Standing

Benefits are available only to active members in good standing. Accounts with failed payments, unpaid balances, chargebacks, or billing disputes may have benefits paused or canceled until resolved.

Safety Policy

Safety is our top priority. If a vehicle condition, requested repair, weather condition, or service location is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or inappropriate for mobile service, Good Guys Auto Care may decline or reschedule service at our discretion.

Cancellation & No Refund Policy

Membership may be canceled at any time. All membership fees, activation fees, and prior payments are non-refundable. Members will continue receiving benefits through the end of the current billing period after cancellation unless the account is terminated for violation of these terms.
