All appointments are scheduled using arrival windows rather than exact times. When you select a time (8 AM, 12 PM, or 4 PM), you are reserving a service window—not a guaranteed minute of arrival.

Because vehicle repairs can be unpredictable, earlier appointments may occasionally run longer than expected. We will always make reasonable efforts to stay on schedule and keep you informed.

We will:

• Contact you prior to your appointment to confirm
• Provide an ETA on the day of service

Service Windows:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:59 AM
• Mid-Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:59 PM
• Late Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
